The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jaleswar P.S. Case No.32 of 2022 corresponding to Special Case No.27 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Sessions-cum-Special Judge, Balasore for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/294/186/332/353/307/34 of IPC read with Section 21(C)/29 of NDPS Act.

Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity, being 317 grams of brown sugar, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
