Government Advocate submits that in the meantime Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. Case No. 83 dated 28.6.2022 has been registered for commission of offences under Sections 341, 323, 294, 354, 325, 506, 326/34 I.P.C., Ms.Jena, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
