This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual /physical mode).

The Petitioners having been implicated in Binjharpur P.S. Case No.218 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.696 of 2022 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for alleged commission of offence under section 363, I.P.C, have filed this application under section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for their release on bail in the event of their arrest in the said case. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission made and on going through the F.I.R. averments as also the statement of the Informant, the application filed by these Petitioners, who are the parents of Sagar, who is alleged to have taken the victim with him, the apprehension of these Petitioners for being arrested in the case is not found to be well founded.

Accordingly the application stands disposed of granting liberty to renew their prayer in case cause of action so arises in future.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
