This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

The Petitioner having been implicated in Niali P.S. Case No.185 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.142 of 2018 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Niali running for the alleged commission of offence under section 294/506/307/34 of the IPC read with section-4 & 5 of the E.S. Act, has filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 08.05.2020 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
