The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 25th November, 2004 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No. 693 of 2001. 3.

It appears that on last two occasions, i.e. on 8th February, 2010 and 26th February, 2010, none had appeared on behalf of the parties to pursue the matter.

In view of the above, this Court feels that parties have lost interest in pursuing the matter.
