1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make a representation to the Paradip Development Authority (PDA) on the strength of the order dated 9th January 2012 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.22531 of 2011 (Sri Susanta Mohapatra v. State of Odisha).

2. The Petitioner shall make such representation on or before 5th September, 2022 which shall be disposed of after hearing the Petitioner by the PDA preferably by its Vice-Chairman, within a month thereafter and till such time, the interim order passed by this Court on 28th September 2012 will continue.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in the above terms.
