Mr. Bose, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, Rourkela Municipal Corporation though allotted a shop-cum-residence to his client but is not handing over possession of it. To that end his client made several representations. He draws attention to representation dated 1st December, 2021 made by his client to the Corporation. He submits, there be direction to the Corporation to consider and deal with his client's representation. 2.
There is no necessity to direct issuance of notice since petitioner wants consideration of his representation. 3.
Opposite party is directed to consider and dispose of said representation dated 1st December, 2021, copy of which is annexure 6 in the writ petition. The Corporation will either deliver possession of the allotted shop-cum-residence or
// 2 // inform petitioner as to why possession cannot be given, within three weeks of communication.

Mr. Bose prays for leave to correct typographical error in the description of petitioner given in the cause title. He submits, his client is Chhanda Das as appearing in allotment letter dated 16th December, 1992, being annexure-1 in the petition.

The leave is granted. The correction be made in Court and countersigned by Court Master.

The writ petition is disposed of.
