Mr. Bose, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, father of his client died after getting allotment of shop-cum-residence from Rourkela Municipal Corporation. His client lastly made representation dated 25th March, 2022 to the Corporation for obtaining possession of the allotted shop-cum-residence. He prays for direction upon the Corporation to consider and deal with his client's representation.

There is no necessity to direct issuance of notice since petitioner wants consideration of his client's representation. 3.

Opposite party is directed to consider and dispose of said representation dated 25th March, 2022, copy of which is annexure 7 in the writ petition. The Corporation will either deliver possession of the allotted shop-cum-residence or

// 2 // inform petitioner as to why possession cannot be given, within three weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
