This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted on behalf of State that Mr. N.C. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the State-Vigilance has been engaged in this case but his name has not yet been reflected in the brief. The same may be reflected. 3.

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last occasion on 11.10.2022. The petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. has sought for to quash the charge-sheet against the petitioner in Balasore Vigilance P.S. Case No.30 of 2013 and in the meantime around nine years have been passed.

This Court, therefore, reasonably entertains a doubt as to whether the cause of action still survives for the petitioner. 4.

In view of such matter, especially when no one had appeared today and on the last date to move the CRLMC, the same is disposed of as dismissed for non-prosecution.
