Case No.113H of 2020 within a stipulated period. 3.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2Authorized Officer-cum-Assistant Conservator of Forest(T), Athamalik Forest Division, Angul to dispose of the aforesaid confiscation proceeding on merit after hearing the parties within three months hence, if there is no other legal impediment.
