It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 17023 of 2012 (Chandra Shekar Sahoo V. State of Odisha and Ors), which has been dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 07.04.2022.
