1. The Petitioner's representation dated 27th October, 2021 shall be examined by O.P.No.2 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, TPCODL, Bhubaneswar and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the person named in representation dated 27th October, 2021, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st August, 2022. For the above purpose, Petitioner will appear before the Opposite Party No.2 along with a downloaded copy of this order not later than 9th May, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
