1.Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal available to the Petitioner in accordance with law. If such appeal is filed not later than 16th August, 2022, accompanied by an application for condonation of delay, citing the pendency of the present petition as the reason for the delay, such application shall be considered on its merits by the Appellate Authority. The Court clarifies it is not expressed any view in the matter. Further, subject to the Petitioner filing the appeal within the time stipulated, the interim order passed by this Court on 4th August, 2015 will continue till such time the appellate authority takes up the application for interim relief to be filed by the Petitioner.

2. The original of the Annexure-1 be returned to the counsel for the Petitioner subject to being substituted by attested photo copy thereof.
