Heard Mr. P.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel, who has instruction to appear on behalf of Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. (opposite party No.1) and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel.

According to Mr. Nayak, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order order dated 25.03.2022 under Annexure-6 by which the Managing Director of the opposite party No.1 has directed the Collector, Kalahandi (opposite party No.2) to debar the petitioner from participation in the Rabi paddy procurement and further he has directed that the stock of paddy/rice available with the miller should be shifted to any other nearby better performing miller forthwith. He further submits that against such order, the
// 2 // petitioner has submitted a representation before the Managing Director, Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd (opposite party No.1) at page No.184 of the brief. Accordingly, he prays that that a direction be issued to the said opposite party to take a decision on the above representation within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and in view of the urgency involved, this Court directs the Managing Director, Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd (opposite party No.1) to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 5.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 6.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application in course of the day.
