Petitioner is a defaulting borrower in house building loan availed from State Bank of India, Bandhakata Branch, Kendrapara. 3.

By filing the present petition challenge has been laid to the demand notice issued U/s 13(2) as also the act of taking over the physical possession of the mortgaged property. 4.

At the time of hearing, none has appeared for the Petitioner. Mr. G.D. Kar, Counsel for the Bank states that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of the loan account having been closed on deposit of the required amounts.
