This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner No.1, this application is disposed of with the observation that in the event the Petitioner No.1 surrenders before the Court in seisin of the in connection with Astaranga P.S. Case No.86 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.270 of 2022 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of early in accordance with law so as to enable the Petitioner No.1 to approach the next higher forum early in case necessity so arises.

In so far as the Petitioner No.2 is concerned, it is however, directed that in the event Petitioner No. 2 surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in the aforesaid case within three weeks hence and moves for her release on bail, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The case record and case diary be supplied at the cost of the Petitioner No.1.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
