1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already filed a show cause in the Encroachment Case No.103 of 2013.

2. In that view of the matter, a direction is issued to the Tahasildar, Ghasipura to dispose of the Encroachment Case No.103 of 2013 after hearing the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from today and in any event not later than 5th September, 2022. Till then, status quo order passed by this Court in the present petition shall continue. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
