1. By the impugned order of the learned Single Judge, the Appellant has been relegated to the Revisional Authority to enable him to challenge the order of the Appellate Authority. Such order, which has not been stayed by this Court for over 7 years now, obviously does not require any interference at this stage by this Court.

2. In case the Appellant has not yet filed the revision petition, time to do so is extended up to 1st November, 2022 to enable him to file such revision petition with the delay being explained on account of the pendency of the present appeal. In such event, the Revisional Authority will consider the revision petition on its

merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months thereafter.

3. No further directions are called for. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
