This matter is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat through hybrid mode.

Learned counsel for the Appellant and the Manager, T.P. Claims Hub of the Respondent No.2-Insurance Company are present. The memo in support of the compromise between the Appellant and Respondent No.2 is kept in the record. 3.

The learned IIIrd M.A.C.T., Rairangpur had directed the Respondent No.2-Insurance Company to pay an amount of Rs.3,80,000/- (Rupees three lakh eighty thousand only) to the Claimant along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of filing till date of payment, vide judgment dated 11.07.2017 passed in M.A.C. No.27 of 2011.

It is now agreed between the Appellant-Claimant and Respondent No.2-Insurance Company that a further consolidated amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) shall be paid

// 2 // by the Insurance Company to the Appellant-Claimant within a period of eight weeks.

It is therefore directed that the Respondent No.2Insurance Company shall deposit the aforesaid consolidated amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) within a period of eight weeks from today before the Tribunal which shall disburse the amount.

As the settlement is arrived at before the National Lok Adalat, no court fee shall be levied.

The MACA is accordingly disposed of.

8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
