Heard Ms. Pami Rath, learned counsel for the petitoner and Mr. B.P. Tripathy, learned Additional Governemnt Advocate for the State-opposite parties.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in compliance of the order passed by the tribunal, so that the authority can consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 4.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
