1. The Petitioners' representation (Annexure-3) shall be considered by the Tahasildar, Rairakhol (Opposite Party No.4) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.5, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 16th May, 2022 and made available to the parties not later than 23rd May, 2022. If aggrieved by such order, it will be open to the parties to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
