By filing this writ petition a serious allegation is made on the action of the Opposite Party No.3 in undertaking an exercise of eviction and demolition involving the disputed property in question without following due process of law.

Considering the allegation of the Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner has not involved in encroachment proceeding as yet, there shall not be any eviction / demolition involving the disputed property in question without following due process of law. Petitioner may also attempt for expeditious disposal of the O.S.S Case No.297 of 2017.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
