ORDER (Oral) 20.05.2022 04.

1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The petitioner is stated to have availed a loan of Rs.19,18,746/- for purchase of a Truck. The entire loan was to be paid in 47 monthly installments commencing from 20.06.2011 till 20.04.2015. The first EMI towards repay the loan was of Rs.69,737/-, next 14 EMI was fixed at Rs.64,799/- and further 16th to 32 EMI was fixed at Rs.53,155/- and rest 16 EMIs was fixed at Rs.38,000/-.

3. By filing the present writ petition the prayer is for directing the Finance Company not to seize the vehicle towards recovery of the outstanding liability without following the guidelines dated 26th of March, 2012 framed by the Reserve Bank of India.

4. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner by filing a Memo dated 20.05.2022 prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition. The Memo be kept on record.

5. In view of the Memo filed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
