Considering the Matrimonial Case pending since 2016 and keeping in view the plight of the Husband in the pendency of the divorce proceeding, this Court observes, in the event pleading involving such proceeding already completed and conciliation yielded no positive result, attempt should be made by the Senior Civil Judge, Rajgangpur to conclude the proceeding in Mat. Case No.32 of 2016 within a period of nine months but however giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the wife. 2.
