1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.S. Rao, learned counsel for the opposite party No.6.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the tender call notice under Annexure-1 and consequential work order issued to opposite party No.6 under Annexure-2 series.

4. Mr. D.P. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he has no instructions in the matter. Mr. S.S. Rao, learned counsel for the opposite party No.6 contended that pursuant to tender notice, the work was awarded to opposite party no.6 and he has concluded the work since long.
