This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner by order dtd. 23.09.2013, this Court permitted him to file an application for amendment.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called.

The prayer in the Writ Petition is calculation of temporary period of service rendered by the petitioner, if the petitioner working as Junior Accounts Assistant under O.B. & C.C. Ltd. for computation of VRS and also for release of consequential financial benefits.

With efflux of time , this Court of the prima facie view that the matter has been rendered infructuous. 4.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. 5.
It shall be open to the petitioner to move this Court in the event, there is any fresh cause of action arises. It shall be considered independently on its own merit.
