Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Singla P.S. Case No. 65 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 205 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Basta for commission of offence under Sections 448/294/323/354/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner sshall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
