Since on instruction Mr.Zafarulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that in the meantime in connection with Annexure-1 Nayapalli P.S. Case No. 288 dated 28.4.2022 has been registered under Sections 341, 294, 354, 506/34 I.P.C., Mr.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
