Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.

It appears, petitioners instead of approaching the competent authority for considering their request involved herein, have directly sought for mandamus from this Court against the SAIL Authority. Keeping in view the petitioners are directly approaching this Court, this Court finds the writ petition becomes premature. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, dismissal of the writ petition shall not stand on the way of the petitioners to at least make an approach on the issue involved before the opposite party no.2 within a period of seven days hence in such event there shall be lawful decision on the same involving the petitioners at least within a period of one month thereafter.
