1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. It is submitted that because of financial stringency the petitioner could not arrange the required amount of Rs.4,10,000/- for being deposited as directed by this Court.

3. Considering the fact that the bail was granted to the petitioner by order dated 11.05.2022 and he is yet to be released on bail, this Court willing to take a lenient view as otherwise it would amount to refusal of bail. Hence, the prayer for modification is allowed.

4. The condition that the petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.4,10,000/- in the shape of short term fixed deposit is modified to the extent that he shall furnish cash security of Rs.1,00,000/- and the remaining amount shall be paid in 18th monthly installments with all other conditions remaining intact.
