This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Aska P.S. Case No. 157 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 352 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Aska for commission of offence under Sections 498A/294/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P.Act. 4.

The ABLAPL so far as petitioner No.1-Bipin Bihar Mishra is disposed of as withdrawn, since he has been taken into custody in the meanwhile.

So far as Petitioner No. 2 is concerned, taking into account she is a lady and considering her age, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioner No.2-Kalabati Mishra shall be released on bail by

the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
