This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that though he is a domestic consumer, but at a time a bill of Rs.1,22,512.00 having been raised by the Opposite Party-Distribution Company on 8th December, 2021, he is unable to pay the same, as such, disconnection notice has been given to him. 4.

However, in the meanwhile, Petitioner has cleared certain amount and now present outstanding amount is Rs.95,000/- and some odd.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that now the Petitioner is ready and willing to pay the same along with regular energy charges and, as such, the Opposite PartyDistribution Company is directed not to disconnect the power supply from the premises of the Petitioner taking note of the same.

Considering the aforesaid fact and submissions made, this Court directs that if the Petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) along with current bill of the month of April, 2022 and goes on paying the remaining outstanding amount along with the current bill of the month concerned, no disconnection of power supply from his premises be made.

With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of.
