1. In response to the letter sent to the Court, an affidavit has been filed on 14th May, 2015 stating that a criminal case was registered, the accused persons were arrested and forwarded to the Court of the S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for facing trial under the various provisions of the Indian Penal Code and Section 9 of Odisha Conduct of Examination Act, 1988. We expect that the aforementioned proceedings would have been taken to their logical conclusion.

2. The writ petition is disposed of.
