Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "The Petitioner, therefore, prays that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to issue a Rule Nisi calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs shall not be issued ;
i) Directing the Opposite parties to comply the letter dated 27.1.2022 issued by the Govt. of Odisha, in the Deptt. Of Agriculture and Farmers' Empowerment under Annexure-5 as expeditiously as possible and appoint Petitioner as Krushak Sathi of Agapala Gram Panchayat under Kujanga Block in the Dist.
of Jagatsinghpur within a stipulated period.
ii) If the opposite parties fail to show-cause or show insufficient cause to make the said rule absolute; and iii) to pass such other order/orders and to issue such other writ/writs as would afford complete relief to the petitioners...."

Considering the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-4 as already forwarded by the Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment to the Director of Agriculture and Food Production of Odisha, O.P.2, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs O.P.2 to do the needful on the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-4 in terms of the recommendation, vide Annexure-5 by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
