1.This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2.Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3.The grievance of the Petitioner in this case is that though final report in connection with Dhama P.S. Case No.130 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2328 of 2020 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur has been filed but no order on the same having been passed, he has come to this Court.

4. Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of this petition with a direction to the court concerned, if no final order has been passed on the final report submitted, to take up the matter and comply with the procedure as laid down by the apex Court in the case of Bhagwant Singh v. Commissioner of Police and another reported in AIR 1985 SC 1285 and pass necessary order on the final report, not later than two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.
