This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Fategarh P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 217 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Bhapur for commission of offence under Sections 143/294/427/506/431/435/379/149 of the I.P.C. and Section 7 of the Criminal Law(2nd Amendment) Act & Section 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property 4.
Taking into account the nature of allegation, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the learned Magistrate shall consider the bail application of the petitioner on its own merit. While doing so shall taken into account the release of co-accused. 5.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
