This is an application for modification of the order dated 29th April, 2022 by which the RPFAM was disposed of. 3.

Mr. Mallick, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by suppressing the material facts, the Opposite Party managed to obtain the order dated 17th March, 2022 passed in Criminal Proceeding No.02 of 2016 in her favour, which came to the knowledge of the Petitioner subsequently. Hence, this application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29th April, 2022.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the record, it appears that the Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 29th April, 2022 by which the Court has to go into the merit of the case. Such an application is not permissible in a criminal proceeding after passing of the final order.
