This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Kumbharpada P.S. Case No. 423 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3527 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Puri for commission of offence under Sections 341/323/233/324/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25 &27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into account the age of the petitioner and considering the injury reports in which injuries are stated to be simple and taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that the petitioner is not the principal accused and nature of allegation, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released

on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
