1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application, if any cause of action survives. A memo filed to that effect is taken on record.

2. The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order passed earlier in the present application stands vacated.

3. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
