I.A No.2368 of 2022 1.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This I.A has been filed by the Petitioners for modification of the order dated 18.05.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

By order dated 18.05.2022 this Court while directing the Petitioners pre-arrest bail had observed, on the basis of the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, that the Petitioners have no criminal proclivity.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he had no knowledge that the Petitioners have been arrayed as accused in Bolangir Town P.S. Case No.179 of 2022 for violation of Covid-19 guidelines.

Taking note of the same, paragraph-5 of the order dated 18.05.2022 stands recalled. On surrendering before the learned Court in seisin over the matter within four weeks from today, the Petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned trial court.

Rest part of the order dated 18.05.2022 remains unaltered. 8.

I.A is accordingly disposed of.
