Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is personal appearance of the Tahasildar, Bhandaripokhari along with the compliance report. Through the compliance report, it has been brought to the notice of the Court that there is a document showing establishment of clearing encroachment is also attached to such instruction memo.
