Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Gondia P.S. Case No. 52 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 107 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Gondia for commission of offence under Sections 341/323/325/379/427/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the overt act specifically ascribed to one Ranjan Mallik, who is not the petitioner, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisini over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper..
