Against the order dated 10.01.2013 in O.A. No.10 of 2013 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present writ petition.

Mr. P.S.Nayak, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the Union of India submits that since the selection of the candidates to the post of Gramin Dak Sdvak (B.P.M.) for Gambhari G.D.S. is of the year, 2005, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuuos.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of, as infructuous.
