The petitioner apparently challenges the order of this Court under Annexure-6 passed in CRLMC No.35 of 2021 for which SR raised an objection regarding its maintainability. 3.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to not press the petition and accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
