The secured creditor/Bank is aggrieved by the inaction of the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Cuttack for not disposing of the application dated 1st May , 2018 in Bank Misc. Case No.2 of 2019 moved under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 seeking providing of official assistance for taking over the actual physical possession of the secured asset.

At the time of hearing, counsel for the Petitioner states that the present petition has become infructuous in view of an order dated 8th June, 2022 on the said application having been passed by the District Magistrate, Cuttack.
