Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during pendency of the writ petition, the service of the petitioner has been regularized pursuant to the office order No.1265 dated 21.10.2017 issued by the Collector and District Magistrate, Jagatsinghpur. But so far as the arrear benefits are concerned, he may be permitted to move the appropriate authority.
