Heard Mr.N.Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 2.

According to Mr.Panda the petitioner who happens to be a Scheduled Caste landless person is aggrieved by inaction of the authorities in settling a piece of Government land in his faovur though he is entitled for such benefits under law. 3.

During course of hearing Mr.Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.

Considering such submissions, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

5.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
