1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.K. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order at Annexure-7, by which the rescission of the contract, which was awarded to the petitioner vide agreement under Annexure-1 for construction of Academic-cum-Work Shop building for I.T.I. College at Rasanpur in the district of Sambalpur, has been made, and further to issue direction to the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to execute the work and complete the same within the stipulated period.

4. Since the tender was for a specified period, by efflux of time, this Court is not inclined to grant relief sought for execution of work and complete the same within a stipulated period. So far as rescission of contract is concerned, it is open to the petitioner

// 2 // to approach the appropriate forum to get relief as deemed fit in terms of the tender call notice.
