1. Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits an affidavit in which it is stated that the parties have compromised the matter. The affidavit is taken on record.

2. Consequently, Athagarh P.S. Case No.148 of 2016 and the corresponding C.T. Case No.58 of 2016 pending in the Special Court under SC & ST PoA Act, Cuttack and all proceedings consequent thereto in respect of the present Petitioners are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
