1.The Petitioner's representation dated 1st January, 2022 shall be examined by the Collector, Balasore (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and giving its representative a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st June, 2022 and be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 8th June, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
